He has lived in Fargo, North Dakota for almost thirty years. Don has worked in all areas of dealership management, including parts, service, and sales. He has been a general manager for fifteen years. He enjoys working with his customers and his employees. He and his wife, Linda, have three children and four grandchildren.

    A Capricorn, born in Kosovo (Albanian) and raised in New York City. Played high school Football and Wrestled for Grover Cleveland High 1996-1999 during which I also worked part-time at an AT&T Wireless store selling Cellular phones and pagers. Attended Nassau College with studies in Business Mgmt & Finance. In 2000, Worked for the United Nations Interim Administration as a Project Manager overseeing Kosovo's Post and Telecomm company. In 2001, met my wife, Val, and after 11 years of marriage, we have 2 children, Adrian (9) & Leyla (5) and more on the way soon (hopefully). 


    Upon return to the U.S. from my UN mission, I pursued my sales career and started to work at a local Ford dealership. My passion grew for automobiles and decided this was the career I wanted til retirement! Moved to Fargo, ND in December 2011 and LOVING it ever since? The residents here are so nice and warming that it makes me feel very comfortable living here.     I have been married for 28 years and we have two children and our first wonderful grandchild. In my spare time, I enjoy in going to the family lake cabin at Maple Lake. I don't get to watch much TV, but always enjoy a good UND hockey game. My favorite thing about working here are the people that I support. I've never run into a better group of employees at a car store than I have with Valley Imports. My favorite quote for the company is "It is the policy of Valley Imports to conduct our business with integrity and efficiency, towards the goal of providing quality products and service to our customers". In our line of business to many customers have been taken advantage of, and it does not make sense to me. If you want to build a business and build customer loyalty, you need to treat people well, charge a fair price for your products and services, be   honest, and when you make a mistake, admit it and fix it. The only problems I worry about are those that I don't know about, so if you ever have any issues with a pre-owned vehicle purchased at Valley Imports, please let me know about it and we will make it right!
