Kevin Schmidt provided exceptional details of how the order process would go. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and the vehicle came in just as he said it would from the original order date. Keven also spent a lot of time with us the day we picked up the Q7 to make sure we understood all the high tech options as well as all of the vehicle controls. The delivery process was very well done. The best of any vehicle I have purchased.

some good, some not so good, but overall I have never (in 10 vehicle
purchases) found a team that has as consistent a commitment to the
customer experience. I'm convinced that Valley Imports strives to
serve. I too have had issues with a part taking longer than I would
like but they have always been focused on making things right. I would
send a friend, family, or client to them with out hesitation. Nobody's
perfect, but these guys are trying hard where most seem indifferent!

This is the first car that I have purchased from this
dealership. I will likely be doing business with them again. The people were
knowledgeable, friendly and the deal was very fair. Loved everything about this

on down there to just shop the market, was looking at an A6. Had a chance
to drive around with Anthony. He knows his facts about cars and we
cruised around with a few cars to see how they ran. He made me feel at
ease that I was just looking and didn't put any pressure on me to buy
immediately.

a 2010 Audi A6. The sales staff was very professional and extremely
helpful. I had some basic service about a month and service staff was
accurate and fast. Everything they told me was accurate and I couldn't
have been happier. I wondered when I first bought the car whether the
price you pay for a luxury car is worth it. This dealership get very
high marks for their customer service on both the sales and service
side. Great job Anthony!
