I know there will always be different experiences, some good, some not so good, but overall I have never (in 10 vehicle purchases) found a team that has as consistent a commitment to the customer experience. I'm convinced that Valley Imports strives to serve. I too have had issues with a part taking longer than I would like but they have always been focused on making things right. I would send a friend, family, or client to them with out hesitation. Nobody's perfect, but these guys are trying hard where most seem indifferent!

He knows his facts about cars and we cruised around with a few cars to see how they ran. He made me feel at ease that I was just looking and didn't put any pressure on me to buy immediately.

Aug 10, 2010 Sales and Service on A6-- Great Job! Bought a 2010 Audi A6. The sales staff was very professional and extremely helpful. I had some basic service about a month and service staff was accurate and fast. Everything they told me was accurate and I couldn't have been happier. I wondered when I first bought the car whether the price you pay for a luxury car is worth it. This dealership get very high marks for their customer service on both the sales and service side.
